HEE-HAW! I'M PEDRO.

I’m a humble donkey who dreamed of great coffee and a warm community. My journey began when a kind couple bought land in Colorado, rescuing me from tough times. I grew stronger, gentler, and much less grumpy with their love and care. My journey inspired me to share my story of second chances and a newfound sense of belonging and peace with my community. Our coffee is roasted with care by hand (and hoof!). Our team sources coffee from around the world to ensure our customers have a place where people can come together, connect, and share a great cup of coffee - either at the shop or in your home. I guarantee our coffee will have you bucking in the field all day!

Our shop is a lovingly restored barn, originally built in 1920, which once served as a bustling dairy milking barn. This slice of history ties us to Timnath’s rich agricultural roots, reminding us of a time when communities thrived on togetherness and mutual support.
